Firstly, call 01325 952329 where one of our talented design consultants will discuss your requirements and aspirations in depth. They will then arrange a booking for you to visit The Vault our Wood Flooring Design Studio.

Please bring pictures of the rooms you intend to have flooring laid in (Preferably in landscape orientation) as this will allow you to see your chosen products in your own home brought to life.

Once you have chosen your flooring, one our super talented in-house installers will give you a call to arrange a home survey.

They will bring large sample boards to you so that you can see and feel the stunning detail in your own home at a time that suits you and will take exacting measurements. We will then provide you with a written quotation for the project (Usually within 24 hours).

Now it’s time to start bringing your project to fruition. We will carefully schedule your work into our diary and guide you through our very simple and straight forward booking in process.

All of our Wood Floors are installed by time served craftsmen, not general joiners and they truly understand all particularities of flooring installation. They will carefully and meticulously execute every cut, joint and finish to perfection.

Nothing is rushed or compromised and we aim for excellence in every installation, every single time. Our team are punctual, friendly, approachable and overly cautious about detailing which makes our team stand out from the crowd.

Once installed, your new flooring is then rigorously quality checked against our exacting expectations by either our Senior Project Manager or one of our Directors. After all, it’s about delivering a floor that you’ll love for a lifetime.

Beyond commissioning and installation we provide a continual after sales service to all of our clients. All of our floors come with a one year fitting guarantee as standard and we offer a free 1 year health check to ensure your floor is performing as it should.

The ongoing cleaning and maintenance of your floor, whether daily or periodically, is one of the most important things to get right. Not only does it keep your interior looking constantly fabulous it will also save you lots of valuable time and money in the long term, so when we install your new floor we will also provide you with our recommendations for cleaning and maintenance.
